By accessing or using YaroMail (https://yaromail.clevercode.app), you agree to these Terms of Service. The app is a self-hosted personal email client operated for a single authorized user.
Acceptable use
- Use the service only for lawful personal email management.
- Do not attempt to access accounts or data you are not authorized to use.
- Do not interfere with the service, probe for vulnerabilities, or abuse API endpoints.
- Do not use the service to send spam, malware, or harassing content.
Availability
The service is provided on a best-effort basis. The operator may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. There is no guaranteed uptime or support SLA.
Disclaimer of warranties
YaroMailis provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Email delivery, sync, and data integrity are not guaranteed.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
Third-party services
The app integrates with Google Gmail, Apple Push Notification service, and your email providers. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
Governing law
